Day 38 - Animal

Wow, so every single day I still can’t believe that we are doing some of the things we are doing. For instance; driving to one of the natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon.

The day was kind of another travel and settle down day. It surprisingly did not take us that long to get to the park. We were used to just pulling in just before dusk, going to the automated camping site kiosk, and grabbing a site that was relatively close to the bathrooms. We were greeted by a couple of fury friends when we were driving through the campgrounds. Huge wild deer were just perusing through the trees and we were able to get within a couple of feet of them. Talk about “wild”!

The weather was getting cold fast. It must have been cold the past couple of day because the majority of our campsite was covered in snow!

It was going to be a cold couple of days for sure.
